  • Complete blog post update and revise DevOpsDays proposal
  • Run month-end bank reconciliation

✅ What Got Done

  • Fixed the reconciliation → website publishing pipeline after the Hugo → Zensical migration. The export script was still writing to the old path.
  • Ran month-end bank reconciliation and published updated financials to the site.
  • Moved the OC reconciliation runbook into the ledger repo so a future finops persona can work there directly.
  • Updated the ANZ reconciliation runbook with Zensical references.
  • Published blog post update
  • Revised DevOpsDays proposal

🧠 Notes & Reflections

The export script had a silent path bug since the Hugo days — found and fixed. Good pattern emerging: the ledger repo owns its runbooks and scripts, making it a self-contained workspace for finops.

SMUNZ has been around for one year now, we filed our annual return with the companies register today, paid the fee.

  • Remove stale Hugo website/ directory
  • Supersede ADR-0008 with ADR-0017
  • Update lingering Hugo references in AGENTS.md and zensical.toml
